Christian Phelps Declares Victory in Wisconsin’s 93rd Assembly District
Democrat Christian Phelps made the following statement on being elected to Wisconsin’s 93rd Assembly District, per the preliminary election results tonight:
“I sincerely thank every Chippewa Valley voter who participated in this year’s election process and made their voice heard at the ballot box. I would also like to thank my opponent for putting himself out there as a candidate for public office. I’m extremely honored to have earned the voters’ trust as the next state representative from Wisconsin’s 93rd District.
“We have worked incredibly hard all year to give our community permission to dream big and cast ballots with the possibility of seeing real policy change for the Chippewa Valley next year. I am so grateful for the volunteers who powered our grassroots campaign and for all of the friends, family, and loved ones who have encouraged me through the process.
“We have put democracy into action here in the Chippewa Valley, and I can’t wait to get to work in Madison – in partnership with all of you, no matter whom you voted for – to do what’s best for our community!”
